Landlord & LTB Matters
Help for residential landlords with notices, applications, and Landlord and Tenant Board hearings.
Stephanie focuses her landlord-tenant practice on the landlord side. Whether you are dealing with rent arrears, persistent late payment, damage to your unit, illegal acts, or tenants who simply will not leave, she helps Ontario landlords move through the Landlord and Tenant Board process correctly the first time.
Most LTB hearings are now held by Zoom, which means Stephanie can represent landlords across Ontario — not just within the Niagara Region. She prepares your notices, files the right application, builds the evidentiary record, and appears at the hearing on your behalf.
A note on scope: Stephanie does not currently take on tenant-side matters. If you are a tenant looking for help, she can refer you to a duty counsel program, a community legal clinic, or a tenant-focused paralegal.
