Welcome. I am thrilled to launch Stephanie Colangelo Legal Services and to introduce my work to the Niagara community and to clients across Ontario.
I am a licensed paralegal with the Law Society of Ontario. My practice focuses on four areas: mobile notary services across the Niagara Region, defence of Provincial Offences Act matters (traffic and beyond), summary criminal defence in the Ontario Court of Justice, and landlord-side representation at the Landlord and Tenant Board.
Why these four areas? Because each one is a moment where the right help, given quickly and clearly, can change a life. A speeding ticket can balloon into years of insurance pain. A landlord dealing with non-payment of rent can lose months of cash flow if the wrong notice is served. A summary conviction can close doors that should have stayed open. And a notary appointment that requires you to take an afternoon off work just to swear a one-page affidavit is, frankly, the kind of friction we should not be putting on people.
I have been on the other side of the legal system, and I know what it feels like to be stuck. My commitment to every client is the same: clear communication, honest counsel, and the best possible outcome for your case.
